User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Respond promptly to requests for additional information
• Pay applicable fees as agreed upon
• Comply with Malaysian immigration laws and university regulations
• Not engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation

• UniUp does not guarantee admission to any university or approval of visa applications
• Final decisions on admissions and visas rest with the respective authorities
• Processing times may vary based on university and immigration office workloads
• We are not responsible for changes in university policies or visa regulations
• Our consultation is based on current information and may be subject to change

Fees and Payment

• Initial consultation is free of charge
• Service fees will be clearly communicated before engagement
• University tuition and visa fees are separate from our service fees
• Refund policies will be discussed on a case-by-case basis
• All fees are subject to terms agreed in the service contract

Limitation of Liability

UniUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third parties including universities, immigration authorities, or accommodation providers.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
